Assiette of smoked salmon, haddock and leek fishcake and a crab spring roll
A warm venison salad with pancetta, dressed salad and a poached egg
Beef bresola with a celeriac remalade
MAIN COURSE
Seared gressingham duck breast with char grilled asparagus spears and a passion fruit and cassis sauce
Roast breast of chicken filled with spinach and ricotta cheese on a bed of boulangere potatoes
A medley of seafood grilled sea bass, salmon supreme and king prawns with a crab risotto
Grilled rib eye steak with traditional garnish and chunky chips
Pan fried tuna steak with sautéed chillies and spring onions with a caper and new potato salad
A roasted root vegetable strudel with boursin cheese
